Caitlin Isbister, Lic.Ac., Dipl.O.M., MSTOM
Caitlin has enjoyed treating dogs and cats with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) since 2012. Growing up, Caitlin adored her family's cats. As an adult, she cannot pass a dog on the street without stopping to greet it.
She has also been fascinated by Asian culture. She pursued this interest, in part, by studying taekwon-do for years. Shortly after graduating with her BS in Medicinal Chemistry, Caitlin found that the holistic approach of acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine resonated with her more than other types of medicine. She then received her Master of Science in TCM from the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in Chicago in 2008. She is a Licensed Acupuncturist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and is NCCAOM board-certified in Chinese Herbal Medicine. She is also certified in Canine and Feline CPR and First Aid.
When she is not treating animals, Caitlin enjoys treating people at Kate Ruma & Associates Acupuncture in Arlington, and spending time with Henry (pictured on the left).
